Tracking Your Order:

B.B.Sheep (“B.B.Sheep”) sends orders with Fedex Priority if domestic or international. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can click on the link in your shipping confirmation email to locate your package. We usually ship out of our LA location, however, sometimes we ship the orders directly from our manufacturing facility located in Dubai, UAE.

US orders: 3-4 business days

Outside the US: 3-4 business days

US Orders: US$7 for all orders below US$75, Free shipping on all orders above $75

Canada: $7 for all orders below CAD$100, Free shipping on all orders above CAD$100

European Union: $7 for all orders below €75, Free shipping on all orders above €75

Australia: $7 for all orders below AUD$100, Free shipping on all orders above AUD$100

Rest of the World: US$7 for all orders below US$75, Free shipping on all orders above $75

Shipping And Warranties:

Invalid Shipping Address: We are unable to ship domestically and / or internationally to P.O./APO/FPO boxes.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, B.B.Sheep Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when B.B.Sheep delivers these items to the carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy

B.B.Sheep will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund under the policy terms described below.

Full Price Merchandise: Merchandise must be shipped back to B.B.Sheep within 30 days of original delivery date.

Final Sale Merchandise: Discounted and/or personalized/monogrammed merchandise, is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: Please contact customer service to report any damage or defects immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise should be promptly shipped back to B.B.Sheep for replacement. Defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days of original delivery date. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

You will be required to provide your order number and zip code and select a reason for your return.

If your item meets our return criteria you will be able to download and print a return shipping label via the above link. US domestic customers will be charged a flat rate of USD $15.00 for return shipments. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
